Finally new fresh, local produce is beginning to arrive! This week we move more fully into Spring, with a lovely spring dinner featuring couscous, a spring green veggie, dried apricots, roasted almond, and fresh mint. Because I’m never sure what will show up quite yet, I can’t be certain what the spring veggies in the cous-cous will be, but likely English Peas or asparagus, green onions and lots of herbs.
Over the couscous you have your choice of Lamb Meatballs or Roasted Eggplant & Porcini Balls with lots of herbs with a yogurt sauce.
